Attorney General Balderas Announces Filing of Criminal Complaint & Arrest Warrant for Davon Lymon for the Homicide of APD Officer Daniel Webster

Albuquerque, NM – Attorney General Hector Balderas announced today that a criminal complaint and arrest warrant for Davon Lymon have been filed for multiple felony counts, including homicide, for the death of Albuquerque Police Officer Daniel Webster.

“Now that the federal matter has been adjudicated, we will present the homicide case to a grand jury,” said Attorney General Balderas.
