Albuquerque, NM – Attorney General Hector Balderas announced that the Attorney General Human Trafficking Task Force arrested Frank Tabor today as the result of an online undercover operation. Special Agents were contacted on February 23, 2016 by a male to engage in commercial sex with a 15-year-old girl. A meeting was arranged between Tabor and the presumed 15-year-old girl for the morning of February 24, 2016. Tabor showed up to the arranged meeting location and was taken into custody. Special Agents from the Office of the Attorney General booked Tabor into the Metropolitan Detention Center for the charge of Sexual Exploitation of Children by Prostitution.
“Protecting New Mexico’s children is our number one priority and the Attorney General Human Trafficking Task Force will continue to safeguard our state’s most vulnerable populations,” said Attorney General Balderas.
