Balderas, following the news of the passing of Matthew J. Sandoval:
“I am saddened by the loss of a true judicial leader in our community,” said Attorney General
Balderas. “Judge Sandoval was an honorable man and a friend. He had the heart of a public
servant with almost 50 years of service. I send my heartfelt condolences to his wife Loretta and
the entire Sandoval family.”
