The goal of the Information and Technology Division is to facilitate friendly and convenient communication between the people of New Mexico and the AGO staff and resources. This goal led to the development of a website that takes visitors directly to the information they seek by using search methods similar to that of Google, Yahoo, and Ask. To better serve the public and reduce the paperwork required by the agency, many of the paper forms will now be available online. In the future, we plan to facilitate the public’s ability to access consumer complaints from this website in order to help New Mexicans make more informed decisions.
