-NOTICE- New Mexico Attorney General’s Office Homeownership Preservation Program Request for Proposal Number: 13-001 TITLE: 2012 New Mexico Attorney General’s Homeownership Preservation Program PURPOSE: The New Mexico Attorney General’s Office is requesting proposals from interested parties in providing foreclosure prevention services for New Mexico homeowners. The Attorney General's Homeownership Preservation Program is an effort to address the statewide needs of homeowners at-risk of losing their homes. Applicants may respond to a single component or multiple components as their vision and capabilities dictate. The five components for which services are being solicited will be Housing Counseling, a 1-800-Hotline, Legal Defense, Community-Based Outreach and Education, and a Foreclosure Prevention Website. GENERAL INFORMATION: The selected vendor(s) will be expected to provide services in coordination with the New Mexico Attorney General Homeownership Preservation Program Office and other successful grantees.
