Homeownership Preservation Program

Request for Proposal Number: 13-001


TITLE: 2012 New Mexico Attorney General’s Homeownership Preservation Program

PURPOSE:  The New Mexico Attorney General’s Office is requesting proposals from interested parties in providing foreclosure prevention services for New Mexico homeowners. The Attorney General's Homeownership Preservation Program is an effort to address the statewide needs of homeowners at-risk of losing their homes. Applicants may respond to a single component or multiple components as their vision and capabilities dictate. The five components for which services are being solicited will be Housing Counseling, a 1-800-Hotline, Legal Defense, Community-Based Outreach and Education, and a Foreclosure Prevention Website.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The selected vendor(s) will be expected to provide services in coordination with the New Mexico Attorney General Homeownership Preservation Program Office and other successful grantees.

ISSUANCE: The Request for Proposals will be issued on July 9, 2012.  Parties interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the document from the Internet on this page on July 9, 2012.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Proposals must be submitted in both electronic and hard copy form. Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager (Dana Ortega) no later than 4:00 PM MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME ON AUGUST 10, 2012:

Nursing Home Litigation - RFP # 13-305MF01 July 1, 2013


The State of New Mexico Attorney General’s Office is requesting proposals from law firms who could initiate and prosecute a legal action to recover money for the State in connection with long term nursing care facilities, and its subsidiaries operating as nursing homes in New Mexico, misconduct in the billing of Medicaid and Medicare for services which were not provided. Such a legal action shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Nursing Home Litigation”.
