( ) IRS Letter of Determination
- If the application is pending, please submit the 1023, application for exempt status.
- If you are not seeking tax exemption from the IRS, please state so in a cover letter
with the rest of the registration information.
( ) Articles of Incorporation
( ) Organizational By-Laws
( ) IRS Form 990 or Applicable Form
IRS Form 990EZ, 990, or 990 PF depending on the organization. Please go to
www.irs.gov to determine which form is required
of your organization.
( ) Attorney General Annual Report Form
* Only for organizations not required by the IRS to file an IRS form 990.
We will forward to your attention a formal acknowledgement of your filing after
review of the complete filing.
New Mexico law does not require a filing fee for initial registrations or for annual
renewals.
