The Communications division strives to facilitate contact between the public and their “lawyer” Attorney General King. It is this office’s practice to provide as much information as possible about issues and legal cases being handled by the Attorney General’s office. The statutory responsibilities of the office are many and wide-ranging and thus so are the requests for information from the public. The Communications staff handles daily requests for information, clarification, opinions and help.
