The Attorney General’s Office publishes a variety of publications to assist the general public including, compliance guides and checklists for the “Sunshine Laws” of state government; brochures and pamphlets about Identity Theft, Scams and Internet Safety.   In addition, we have publications about consumer issues and elderly care information. Visitors may “download” (print) these publications.

The Attorney General also produces columns for newspapers and other publications across the state. They may be re-printed by your organizations for monthly newsletters, etc. Look for them in our Newsroom web page listed by subject.
